Congratulations on your acceptance to Quest! The Quest students, staff and faculty look forward to welcoming you to our vibrant community in the Fall of 2012. Now that you have been admitted, here are the next steps. 1) Apply for Scholarships and Financial Aid (if you haven't already). You can find more information here: Scholarship Application [PDF, 164 KB] 2) Visit Campus. If you haven't had the chance to visit our spectacular campus, you still have the opportunity to do so. We welcome individual visits throughout the year and also have a number of Preview Events scheduled for 2011 and 2012: a. Register for an upcoming Preview Day or the April 14th Admit Event. Please contact your Admissions Counsellor for details about the event. 3) Connect with our volunteer student ambassadors. Every admitted student will be assigned a Quest Student Mentor and will be sent their mentor's details by mail and email shortly after they have been admitted. We encourage prospective students to connect with Quest students to ask them questions about the academics or campus life. Please feel free to get in touch with them! 4) Confirm your Enrollment: Send in your Enrollment Confirmation form and $500 deposit to confirm your spot for the Spring 2012 class or your Enrollment Confirmation form and $500 deposit to confirm your spot for the Fall 2012 class. Contact with any questions about paying your Enrollment Confirmation deposit. 5) Applying for a Study Permit: All students who do not hold a Canadian passport will be required to apply for a study permit. U.S. citizens can simply apply at the border, while students from outside North America will be required to apply at least a few months in advance. 6) Important Dates for Incoming Fall 2012 Students: Billing Statement: Fall 2012 tuition fees are due August 1, 2012. Residence Room Assignment: your on-campus residence room is guaranteed, but you will need to fill out a residence application form to indicate your preferences. Keep an eye on your email for this. Fall 2012 move in dates are August 29, 2012 (for all students from outside of North America) and August 31, 2012 (for all Canadian and US students). Admissions will assist with picking up students at the airport and Vancouver main bus terminal on the 29th and 31st only. Please note that you can not move onto campus before your allotted move in date. Please note that Convocation for all incoming Fall 2012 students will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2012. Parents are welcome to attend this event. Fall 2012 classes begin on September 3, 2012. Incoming first year students will automatically be assigned and registered for their first class at Quest.
