Like United World Colleges, Quest's international foundation brings a global community of learners together to build cultural bridges and to foster a better understanding of today's complex world.

As a UWC student, you will undoubtedly bring diverse global perspectives with you to Quest's innovative and interdisciplinary program; your completion of an IB diploma tells us that you are hard-working, self-motivated, and able to handle the academic rigour of our program.

We are seeking passionate, motivated, free-thinking students who are interested in joining our intimate, integrated, international community of learners. If you love learning and are committed to making a difference in the world, we strongly encourage you to submit an Admissions Application to Quest.

In order to help make a Quest education possible for UWC students, we have developed a specific UWC Scholarship program.

The United World College Scholarship

In support of its mission to engage students from around the world in its innovative educational enterprise, and in recognition of the enormous contribution students with a truly global perspective bring to our seminars, Quest University Canada has designated funds to provide scholarships in the amount of $10,000/year for graduates of the United World Colleges.

These scholarships are renewable for four years for students making satisfactory progress toward the Quest degree. They are available to current or past UWC graduates who meet our admissions criteria and are accepted as full-time Quest students.

All UWC students who apply to Quest will automatically be considered for the UWC Scholarship.

Eligibility and Renewability

Eligibility for the UWC Scholarship is determined once the student completes his or her Application for Admissions to Quest and is admitted to the University.

To remain eligible for the United World College Scholarship while at Quest, recipients must meet our general scholarship renewal requirements. Evaluations will take place at the end of the student's second term at Quest University Canada, and annually thereafter in the Spring Term.

Quest's academic calendar enables a student to enroll for up to three full terms per year: fall, spring and summer. Students may retain their scholarships, awards, grants and bursaries for up to eight terms (sufficient time to complete a degree). They must maintain appropriate academic standing, and/or demonstrate continued financial need. Students seeking support beyond an eighth term will need to submit a written petition outlining any special circumstances that merit such consideration.

Additional Scholarships and Financial Aid

Quest University Canada wishes to attract students from all walks of life, from all corners of the globe, and from all socio-economic backgrounds. To meet that goal, we also offer additional scholarships and financial aid. In order to be considered, students must complete our Scholarship Application form and/or our Financial Aid Application form. Financial Aid is awarded to incoming students who have demonstrated financial need and who find it necessary to supplement any scholarship award to help pay for the cost of a Quest education. These awards are normally valued at $1,000 - $4,000 per term.

Campus Work

There are numerous employment opportunities available to students on campus. Interested students should discuss their needs and the availability of jobs with the Student Affairs Office where information on off-campus work is also provided.
